I'm Isaiah — a senior engineer who designs, builds, and ships AI-native products and the tooling that makes them possible.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer II at Committee for Children, with prior experience at Amazon, Qualtrics, true[X], and Infillion. These days I spend most of my time in the AI stack — building agents, evals, prompt pipelines, and the developer tooling that turns LLMs from impressive demos into dependable products.
Before that, I co-founded a game studio at Hampshire College and shipped a portfolio of games and interactive experiences in Unity. That craft — designing systems people actually want to come back to — informs everything I build today.
I care about inclusive teams, thoughtful architecture, and software that earns its place in someone's life.
What I do
End-to-end LLM features — from prompt design and tool use to streaming UX and graceful failure modes.
Agent loops, MCP servers, evals, and developer ergonomics. Making AI dependable enough to ship.
TypeScript, Python, React Native, Next.js, Postgres. Clean APIs, durable data, fast feedback loops.
Service design, testing strategy, and the boring infrastructure decisions that buy years of velocity.
A decade of Unity work — gameplay systems, tools pipelines, and shipping to mobile and web.
Mentoring engineers, scoping ambiguous work, and creating space for everyone's best ideas to land.
